My name is Devi Nelson and I'm the owner of Hansen Loans Inc. I'm the only person you'll be dealing with throughout the loan process. I'm available 24/7 including weekends and evenings as I want to ensure your questions or concerns can be addressed immediatly. My staff of processors and assistant loan officers are working along with me to ensure your loan is handled professionally and promptly. Of course i'm supervising them every step of the way. With 25 years of experience doing home loans I can promise you there will be no surprises and what we discuss is what you'll see reflected in your loan documents.
You'll have available to you all types of loan programs. Conventional, Jumbo, Home Equity Lines, FHA/VA and Reverse. The property can be Owner Occupied, Non-Owner Occupied (Investor), 2nd home, or Multi-Family 1-4 units.
Lastly, my rates will be lower than other Brokers because I am both the Broker and the Loan Officer. There are no commissions being paid. There are no origination fees or application fees or any other junk fees. Just a low rate and great service.
