As the Owner/Founder of Hansen Loans, my primary goal is ensuring that you make the right choice for you and your family.  The best way to do that is to be able to offer so many of the products on the market.  As a Mortgage Broker I'm able to do that becuase I can offer loans from Rocket/Quickent or UWM or any of the big names.  If you were to call one of those lenders you'd only be offered what "they" have to offer.  Working with Me being a Broker, you get programs from many lenders and the lowest rates available.  Many of my clients are Self Employed or have difficult financials and need some "latitude" with regard to typical income guidelines.  We have so many options but the best way to get your questions answered is for You and I to have a conversation.
